27th Annual Women in History Luncheon

🌟Join Us for the 27th Annual Women in History Luncheon! 🌟

This year’s luncheon, themed “Plant the Seeds and Watch Them Bloom,” highlights JRC’s mission to nurture the next generation of leaders while benefiting the children at our Learning Centers.

Proceeds will support improvements at JRC’s flagship 14th Street center, including enhanced programming and upgrades to our outdoor educational area.

Honoring:

• Betty Thompson: Long-time volunteer and supporter, wife of JRC’s former CEO, Tom Thompson.
• Sandy Upperman: Community President, Huntington Bank Canton, and dedicated advocate for JRC.‍

‍Keynote Speaker:

Janet Weir Creighton: Stark County trailblazer and Canton’s first female mayor, who also served as Deputy Assistant to President George W. Bush. With over 40 years of public service, Janet will share her incredible journey and insights.
