Non-Discrimination – Policy Statement

JRC is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of, or be subject to discrimination in the receipt of its services or programs withinJ.R.  Coleman Senior Services, Inc., dba JRC Senior Services, and also within J.R Coleman Family Services, Inc., dba JRC Learning Center on the basis of race, color, or national origin or any other characteristics protected by law, including the Title VI of Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, further under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, no entity shall discriminate against an individual with physical or mental disability in connection with the provision of transportation related to either of these JRC corporations.

If you feel you have been discriminated against based on one of the above characteristics, you have the right to file a complaint. For more information on your rights or to file a concern, you can do one of the following:
